"BSeven Mission We aim to increase the repertoire of skills and personal attributes of our students to give them the 'edge' in the competition for work or university places. BSeven encourages independent learning, increased confidence and self-exploration to inspire and motivate our young people to carry on learning throughout life."
Raising Aspirations Programme: Preparing you for the next step
As a college we set our sights high and expect you to do the same. Over the past few years we have forged a strong partnership with some of the finest education establishments in the world. The Pem-Brooke programme working alongside Oxford University is one example of this, offering students a chance to spend time at Oxford University, participating in seminars and lectures and so gaining a taste of education at the highest standard. Other programmes include working with Queen Mary University of London mentors scheme, educational visits and debates with Members of Parliament and local councillors.
Sixth Form Baccalaureate (SFBac) This is an exciting new opportunity for you to gain nationally recognised acknowledgement for the things you like doing. That means you could get yourself a coaching badge for your favourite sport, for example, or a qualification in dance. For more details ask your tutor, a member of the Student Union or BSeven staff based in the College canteen.
