City University London Healthcare Programme

About the programme
This programme aims to give students a taste of life as an Undergraduate student studying Healthcare at University. This is the second year of this programme where participants are given an introduction to City University and a campus tour during the first session.

Following on from this participants will attend a number of seminars in various areas of study including; Nursing, Midwifery, Radiography, Biological Science & Public Health. The final seminar will assist students with applying to University and the different course requirements.

All participants will then attend two Study Skills days in BSix during the Easter Holidays. The final event will be a non-residential summer school in City University for 5 days, normally in July.

Students will be required to do a lot of independent learning and to write an essay/complete an assignment on a specific topic during the course of this programme.
