My colleague Sarah mentioned that you have been named Provider of the Year from TES so I just wanted to say congratulations. What a great achievement.
Also we were at the AOC conference last week and I met some of your students that had a stand there to show the music videos they have made. They were all so lovely and talented.

"I just wanted to say that I brought my father to BSix recently and he was really impressed. That's a predictable response to an amazing college but he also said something less predictable. After visiting the college he went with my sister in the late afternoon to the nearest park and saw lots of Bsix students hanging out in the sun and all of them were still wearing their ID cards clearly proud of where they studied. I thought that was a nice observation that revealed a lot about what you have managed to achieve".

Just a quick email to let you know that my colleague and I were most impressed with your students' behaviour today, they acted in a very mature way and engaged well in the various activities. I hope that they were able to get something from their visit (apart from test results!) and hopefully, it won't be the last time that they walk through our doors. I have spoken about the other facilities that we have such as the strength and conditioning centre as well as our ability to provide nutrition practicals also so I hope that BSix and UEL are able to build a mutually beneficial relationship over the coming years.
Again, it was a real pleasure having your students here today, they did your College proud!

"Just thought I'd drop you a line about my visit to BSix’s Department this week. As W(idening)P(articipation) co-ordinator at Chelsea I have partnerships with over 35 schools and 6th Form Colleges across London, I get to experience all sorts of learning environments and meet students and staff. I was really impressed by the atmosphere of the college, it has got a buzz and positivity about it which I felt as soon as I entered.
The foyer is great but it was really the security staff who ( this is a first for me ) already knew I was coming, had my badge ready for me and then while I was waiting for Roger offered me a PV in the gallery....! I felt like royalty! The gallery is visible and beautifully curated and in the department a sense from the students that they really have a hunger for further study and have been fully engaging with UAL opportunities on offer, look forward to working with them.
I know how hard you have worked to raise this college from an idea to reality, I can understand why you are still there.... Lovin it !"
