National Award in Finance (Level 3)
This course explores the wide range of financial services. It introduces students to the most important factors contributing to business performance and the range of financial services available to businesses. It also introduces students to the competitive nature of the UK financial services market, analysing the implications of both competition and online operation, and examines the reasons why financial services need to be regulated. You will study six units (four mandatory and two optional). These are: unit 1: financial services for individuals, unit 2: business financial performance, unit 3: financial services to support business, unit 4: financial service regulation, ethics and trends, unit 5: finance in the national economy and unit 6: preparing for employment.
