Overview
This one year course is intended to provide you with knowledge of the health and care services, enabling you to investigate a range of areas for study. On this course you will also gain an understanding and the skills required for future practice and employment in health and/or care. You will be required to complete work placements as part of the course, as well as homework. You will study eight units that consist of four mandatory and four optional units that provide a combined total of 60 credits. The four mandatory units are stated in the table below.
