What course did you take at BSix College?
I did BTEC Music Technology Diploma at Level 2 and Level 3 as well as Functional Skills English
What barriers do you have towards learning and access to social activities?
What I found difficult with my learning is structuring of sentences. I also found it difficult asking my peers for help and this made me rely more on the support staff and myself.
What did you manage to achieve at BSix College?
I learnt to play the drums. Passing my exams and completing my course work. I also kept a good attendance record and was always punctual for my lessons.
What activities do you do outside of BSix College?
I don’t really do a lot, but spend time with my family.
What would you like to do when you leave BSix College?
I will be attending the University of East London to study Music Production
What are your short/long term objectives?
To complete my university degree and to get a job in the music industry composing.
Why do you want to do a degree?
I am doing my degree to learn more about music and working in the industry and to meet people.

I would ask them what they think I should do to improve on my profile.
If you had the opportunity to achieve your goals, where would you see yourself in 2 years’ time?
If someone gave me the right opportunity to achieve my goals I hope that in 2 years’ time I am writing and producing my own music
Is there anything you would like to say about yourself?
I am a kind and gentle person. I find it difficult in social situations but I am working on it. I often help during the college open evenings. I also enjoy playing the drums and talking to friends on Facebook.
Tell us two things you have really enjoyed whilst being a student at BSix College?
I really enjoyed the Monday music clubs. I also enjoy playing instruments, especially the drums.
