Cambridge Tech Level 3 Engineering Certificate
Students completing their BTEC Nationals in Engineering will be aiming to go on to employment, often via higher education. Thesequalifications have been approved by theengineering professional bodies on behalf ofthe Engineering Council as contributing to the requirements for professional registration as an Engineering Technician (EngTech). It provides the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in the design, development and manufacture and maintenance of engineering products andsystems.
As part of the main GCE A-Level programme, 5 GCSES at Grade 4 (C) and above, including English are the minimum requirement. GCSE Maths Grade 5 or above is also required for this course.
