How to enrol

If you receive an offer from us, you will be given a date and time slot on your confirmation letter to come and enrol. You must attend on this day in order to claim your place on the course. All other places on courses are filled up on a first come, first served basis.

To keep coronavirus risk level low and to maintain social distancing, it is vital that you attend enrolment at your given time slot. Contact us if you need to rearrange at info@bsix.ac.uk

If you are wishing to apply for A Levels, we recommend that you arrive as early as possible as places on competitive courses fill up very quickly.

Be prepared

You will need:

  • a completed application form (if you have not yet applied, you can apply online)
  • your original GCSE / college results
  • a signed and stamped reference from your current school college (download)
  • original passport if living in the UK/EU. Permanent residence card for Non-EU

 

Enrolment Hotline – Call 0203 137 5321

Call the enrolment hotline as an alternative to enrolling physically at the College. The enrolment hotline will be open from Thursday 20th August at 11:00am.

Calls will be busy, and you may be held in a queue.

To enrol using our hotline, you will need:

  • Access to the internet
  • Zoom app (to confirm your identity)
  • The ability to send copies of your passport and qualifications by email

FAQs

I’ve been offered a place but can I change my subjects?

Yes you can change your subjects, please bring your results and speak to a member of our experienced curriculum team.

I did not apply to your college what shall I do?

If you would like to enrol at BSix College, you need to apply online beforehand to speed up the process. Please come along on any of the enrolment days and remember to bring your results, reference and eligibility documents. Last entrance is at 4pm.

I did not get my grades what shall I do?

Don’t worry, you can collect your grades and return to enrol as we will be open for a few days.

What do I need to enrol?

You will need:
  • a completed application form (if you have not yet applied, you can apply online)
  • your original GCSE / college results
  • a signed and stamped reference from your current school college (download digital reference form)
  • original passport if living in the UK/EU. Permanent residence card for Non-EU

I can't make enrolment, can someone enrol on my behalf?

Unfortunately we do not offer this service, with the new GDPR guidelines, it is important that you understand and sign for your own enrolment and programme of study.

I can't make enrolment can you reserve me a place?

Unfortunately we are unable to reserve places, as soon as you are available please come to BSix and we will support you to enrol on a suitable course that is available.

Can I come in without my results?

Unfortunately we need to see your results to be able to enrol you on the right course and level.

I have been away on holiday what should I do?

Please come to BSix on any of the enrolment days, last entrance 4pm, and remember to bring all necessary documents

Can I retake or restart my A Levels?

We will look at this on a case by case scenario. Come to enrolment to discuss your options with a member of our experienced curriculum team.

Can I study A Levels alongside a BTEC?

You can study mixed vocational Subsidiary Diplomas and A Levels, please look at our prospectus or view our course list for which Subsidiary Diplomas we offer.

I am an overseas student, I did my education abroad.

You will need to bring your results from your school and your original passport. We will give you an English and Maths assessment to determine your current level and then help you choose an appropriate course of study. We may also compare your results to UK qualifications to enrol you on the right level.

I am 19 or older and want to enrol for A Levels or BTECs.

If you have NOT achieved a Level 3 qualification, you may be eligible for enrolment. Please come along to one of our enrolment days and speak to a manager.

I am 19 or older and want to enrol on Maths or English GCSE.

Our team will provide you with an entrance test to assess your suitability to retake GCSE courses

I am home schooled or have a nonstandard education.

Please come and talk to our experienced curriculum team to discuss your options. Bring any results you may have.
