UAL Creative Media Production & Technology
Our Creative Media courses covers a wide range of techniques and skills in film, television, print and photography, using industry standard equipment and facilities.
You will learn about the media industry, its structure and many of the key issues that media practitioners face.
You will also be taught diverse production skills required for working in the industry such as using Canon DSLR cameras, shooting and editing using the Adobe Creative Suite, website publishing, green screen technology and photography. This course is suitable for anyone who wishes to pursue a career in the film and television industries, marketing and advertising, public relations and photography sectors.
The Creative Media courses at BSix are designed to teach you all elements of media so that you can progress onto university, an apprenticeship or into employment. We have established strong progression links with a wide range of universities including the University of the Arts London, Goldsmiths and Bournemouth. You will also have opportunities to work with professional practitioners and companies on live project briefs, whilst undertaking industry-based work experience and mentoring. All students in the Creative Arts department will get the opportunity to present their work in a public event, based in Hackney.
