Badminton Club

BSix College has partnered up with The Black Arrows Badminton club to deliver an open and welcoming club to students of all abilities. Delivered on a Saturday, we try to cater to everyone, from absolute beginners to the more experienced players. You will have the opportunity to play against other college and university players, as well gain a variety of Badminton course qualifications if desired.

Boxing Club

Join our 10-week Boxing club and take part in training that revolves around using technical boxing drills and workouts, that allow participants of all levels to learn, develop and refine their boxing skills and abilities.

E-sports Club

Esports is a form of competition using video games. You will be playing in a 20 team FIFA 22 competition to find the best Players in BSix. The competition will be in a league format playing 1 fixture a week. The top 3 will then go on to represent the college in the Association of Colleges national tournament.

Tennis Club

In our Tennis Club you will learn all the tennis stroke techniques, learn how to serve, rally, and know the rules and scoring in doubles and singles. Suitable for those who have never picked up a racket before.

It will run for 10 weeks and those that complete the program will then be eligible for either the Level 1 Assistant qualification or Tennis Leaders Award course.

Netball Club

Whatever your previous experience may be, we will have something to suit you! To join our Netball club all you have to do is turn up to our weekly session and we will take care of the rest. Our sessions are ladies’ only.

Self Defence Club

Train twice a week for 12 weeks and learn a new skill. Improve or obtain a high level of fitness, gain confidence, and enjoy the experience. Suitable for complete beginners.

Female Football Club

BSix has teamed up with our local club Hackney Laces to facilitate a place for girls and women to come and play football. Training for one day a week, football can be an incredibly powerful tool for empowering and raising the aspirations of our students. All ages and abilities are welcome

Dance Club

Dance Club offers all popular types of dances. Whether you want to get fit, try a new hobby, or are looking for a fun way to meet new people, our aim is to give you a dance buzz!

Table Tennis Club

Table tennis is a fun game that anyone can enjoy. It’s easy to learn, and the rules are simple: you hit the ball with your bat and then hit the other side of their table with your own ball to win. Once you know where the ball is going to go, it’s all about timing and speed.There are opportunities for everyone, and it’s great for fitness because there are few sports that require so much movement without stressing your muscles too much.There are also competitions for all ages at every level of the game, so you can play competitively if you want to. And did I mention it’s social? So, if you’re looking for something fun to do with friends then table tennis is perfect.

Female Basketball Club

For the women with the drive and ambition to put in the hard work, basketball can be an incredibly fun and rewarding sport. Of course, even if you just plan to play casually, it is still an excellent way to burn calories, improve your physical fitness, and have fun with friends. You might even find yourself tempted to start following along with the professional women’s games, too.
